Air Frying Potatoes

Rinse your potatoes. You can cook them with or without peel. I prefer them with peel because it saves me the extra work of peeling them but this is optional. I find that dicing them is the fastest way to cook them but you can definitely cut them into strips/fries. Depending on the size of your air fryer you will fit anywhere from 2-4 medium sized potatoes. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees for 2-3 minutes. Once ready add in your potatoes and give it a spray with cooking spray. Cook for 14 minutes. At the 7 minute mark give them a toss. Once ready pull them out so they don’t overcook and become soggy. You can season with salt, garlic and pepper for some added flavor.

TIP Dice your sweet potato into even 1 inch cubes. The smaller they are, the faster they will cook. Ranging sizes will cook unevenly.

TIP 2 You can apply this to all potato types including, sweet potatoes.
