Take it outside

Spring is nearing which meaning, weather permitting, it's time to explore the outdoors.

Packing plenty of food is essential to have energy and make the most of your day outdoors.

You’ll want to ensure you have an insulated backpack to store all your food. It will keep everything you take fresh and allow you to have a cold drink. Second, use zip-lock bags instead of containers. It will save up space and be easier to unpack your food.

These are a few of my go-to's every time we go on a road trip, hike, or beach day, they are easy to make and don't require any silverware or heating.
