The Perfect Smoothie

Instructions

Step 1

Start with your protein powder. 2 scoops of protein to make sure we load up on protein first thing in the morning. Remember protein is king.

Step 2

Use a 1/4 measuring cup to put your oats in. Do 1-2 scoops.

Step 3

Add your berries. I prefer frozen berries, fresh berries work too. Anywhere from 100-300g of berries is a good portion.

Step 4

Add water, milk, or almond milk. This is your preference, keep in mind adding milk means more calories which is not bad but be aware.

Step 5

If you’d like to add a fat or make your shake more calorie dense include 1-2tbs peanut butter or almond butter.

Step 6

Blend & Enjoy!
